John has been in the industry for 40 years. His knowledge is unparallel. He owned his own business for a number of years & then retired. We're lured him back & he is the OG!

Jeff Welling joined our team in August of 2021. He has been a rock star for us in communication & leadership & he's now our point man in Seattle for projects. 

After installing in the field as a pipe insulator  an opportunity came knocking to start a firestopping business. He's been at this since 2013.
