After installing in the field as a pipe insulator for 5 years an opportunity came knocking to start a firestopping business. He's been at this since 2013.

John has been in the industry for 40 years. His knowledge is unparallel. He owned his own business for a number of years & then retired. We're lured him back & he is the OG!

David originally helped start Barrier Tech back in 2013. He left, but ultimately returned to work with us again! He can handle anything you throw at him!

Jeff Welling joined our team in August of 2021. He has been a rock star for us in communication & leadership & he's now our point man in Seattle for projects.
