After installing in the field as a pipe insulator for 5 years an opportunity came knocking to start a firestopping business. He's been at this since 2013.

Isaac joined our team in 2017. We were a young company & he fit in perfectly. He was always reaching for more & we gave him the keys to running our Portland office in 2021. 

Jeff joined our team in 2020. He started in the field installing & his aptitude propelled him to fast growth with our company. We moved him from Seattle to run Denver for us in 2024.

John has been in the industry for 40 years. His knowledge is unparallel. He owned his own business for a number of years & then retired. We're lured him back & he is the OG!

David originally helped start Barrier Tech back in 2013. He left, but ultimately returned to work with us again! He can handle anything you throw at him!
