Here are some highlights.

The Emerald

The Emerald was a 40 story high rise building consisting of 265 condos in downtown Seattle Washington. PCL was the GC & we provided firestopping services to Berg Electric.

Lynnwood City Center

Exxel Pacific built a great building right on 196th in Lynnwood & we handled the Firestopping for all trades.
